How do the Wave of Mind Journals Work?
Over the course of 6 months, the Wave of Mind Emotional Wellness Journey guides you through a new technique each week to help you build a greater connection with your authentic self and strengthen your resiliency.
Each week, starts by introducing the goal of the week and the associated focus topic. You’ll then engage in a thought exercise to help you familiarize yourself with the new concept, followed by one guided journal prompt per day, and ending with a weekly self reflection.
The skills you learn each week build on what you practiced in the week(s) before.

What is your Refund Policy?

Customers may return their 6-journal set for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the journals are in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
