How do the Wave of Mind Journals Work?
Over the course of 6 months, the Wave of Mind Self Awareness Guided Journaling Plan guides you through a new technique each week to help you build a greater connection with your authentic self and strengthen your resiliency.
Each week, starts by introducing the goal of the week and the associated focus topic. You’ll then engage in a thought exercise to help you familiarize yourself with the new concept, followed by one guided journal prompt per day, and ending with a weekly self reflection.
The skills you learn each week build on what you practiced in the week(s) before.
Who developed the Wave of Mind Journals?
Founder Whitney King developed the Self Awareness Guided Journaling Plan with the support of 4 Clinical Psychologists - you can find them on our Therapist Network page https://www.waveofmind.com/pages/therapist-network
International Shipping
We understand that paying for 6 international shipments and possible customs charges can be a deterrent. We are happy to offer DISCOUNTED international shipping via refund on all 6-month prepay purchases. Request your country specific refund by sending an email to support@waveofmind.com, include your order number and we will refund you to reduce your total shipping cost to the cost of 1 shipment (of 6 journals) instead of 6 separate shipments.
Gift Cards
To purchase a gift card, Venmo @waveofmind_co the amount you want included on the gift card. Send us your email address in the Venmo comments section of your payment. We will then email you the digital gift card.
If you choose, you can respond to that email and request that we send it directly to the recipient on the date of your choosing. You can also choose to include a personal message to the recipient.
What is your Refund Policy?
We honor full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us within 24 hours of your order at support@waveofmind.com and request a refund. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time, create an account with the email you used at time of purchase and follow the steps within your account to pause or cancel your subscription. Or, you can email support at support@waveofmind.com at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal date listed on your account to avoid being charged.
There are no cancellations for the prepaid 3 or 6 month subscriptions.

What if my journal is lost/stolen?
All Wave of Mind orders come with tracking. Wave of Mind is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered by the postal carrier or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. All claims for lost/stolen items can be made through the postal carrier's official website using your tracking number. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive packages, or request boxes to be held at your local post office for pick up to ensure safe delivery.
